1. How did you end being in your current position?
I decided to commute to Nusa Dua 10 years ago after I finished my study. I applied for work training in Grand Mirage. After I finish my 3-month job training, I was promoted to be a Daily Worker which made me decide to keep working in Grand Mirage.
2. What do you love from working at Grand Mirage Resort?
It feels like working at home. The team is like a family and we support each other.
3. Is there any proud moment during your tenure at Grand Mirage?
My proudest moment was just few days ago, when I was firstly announced as the Best Employee of September.
4. How do you spend your days after work?
I kill the time by playing football with the staff of Grand Mirage Resort. It is great to have colleagues with the same hobby.
5. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
I get better position as well as growing as a person.
6. Who has inspired you in your life?
I look up to my supervisor. He told me how to do my job better.

1. How did you end being in your current position?
I worked as the cashier in one of the restaurants in this resort for 3 years before I was moved to Front Office cashier. Then, I was promoted to my current position before a year in Front Office
2. What do you love from working at Grand Mirage Resort?
My first reason is that the resort is close to my house. I can reach the office for less than 10 minutes, so I can use my time for something else instead of for commuting.
Here, I find supportive colleagues making me comfortable to work for almost 9 years.
3. Is there any proud moment during your tenure at Grand Mirage?
I am proud when I can complete my job well and everybody can accept what I have done very well.
4. How do you spend your days after work?
After the working hour, I commonly spend my time to play mini soccer or to go to the gym. I want to keep myself fit.
5. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
I will be reaching a higher position than what I am now.
6. Who has inspired you in your life?
My father has inspired me to be a hard worker. Without him, I am not what I am now.
