Youthful is one word that describes our superstars of January. In daily life, they are known as men who do not talk much, but are always all out in doing their jobs. I Wayan Edi Ana from Sport, Recreation, and Entertainment (SRE) and Roy Royana from banquet set up are those two young men.

My expectations are that I would like to build a family, make them happy, and have my own business.
You will find me at the beach. I operate the water sports and supervise the guests who are playing with them. Sometimes, I am in the pool to teach aqua aerobic. To sum up, my job is to make the guests feel the pleasure of spending holiday in Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali.
1. What is the challenge for being an SRE staff?
The challenge of being on my position is to cope with the wish of people with different characteristics.
2. How do you like your job?
Great! My job is fun. I make people laugh and do some sport, so I do keep myself healthy while I am working.
3. Who inspires you most?
Made Artha, the Assistant of SRE Manager, has inspired me so much with his support and guidance. I learnt many life values from him.
4. What are your expectations in the future?
My expectations are that I would like to build a family, make them and my parents happy, and have my own business.
5. What is your motivation?
My motivation is to make a living for my parents and myself.
Roy Royana (Roy)
Banquet Set Up- Joined in 2006
“The team is just like my family.”
I set up the chairs and the tables for any banquet functions such as dinner and meeting. You would find me walking here and there while carrying trolley or other stuffs.
1. What is the challenge for being a member in banquet team?
I should keep my body fit as I have to lift heavy things and face the weather that is lately unpredictable.
2. How do you like your job?
Great, especially my team! The team is just like my family.
3. Who inspires you most?
The leaders! I am lucky to know such good leaders such as Gusti as the banquet manager, Made Wijaya as banquet supervisor, and Yan Soma as banquet set up assistant.
4. What is your expectation in the future?
I just expect myself to be better in terms of discipline.
5. What is your motivation?
I make a living for my family-my wife and my baby.
