Everything seems so fast. I do not even remember that I have had 8-year tenure in Grand Mirage. As a room maid, I have to be aware of the room standards such as the room make-up standards, amenities arrangement, and other details.
1. What is the challenge for being a housekeeping staff?
The challenge of my job is accepting complaints. I have done my best to do my job, but sometimes I miss one or two things that may trigger complaints. However, I learnt to receive this as feedback.
2. How do you like your job?
Wonderful! I enjoy it. As I said, I do not even feel that I have been working here for 8 years.
3. Who inspires you most?
Swani, my senior. She taught me how to work well, and she herself did a great job as a room maid.
4. What is your motivation?
My family. I have a 5-year-old child. He needs good nutrition and good education which are not cheap. I need to save for her as well.
5. How do you see yourself 12 years from now?
I have my own business though I have not decided the section of the business.

1. What is the challenge for being a member in reservation team?
I have to pay attention to every detail of the guests. If I input wrong information, I would bother the whole hotel. Let’s imagine if I assign someone to wrong room category, I would give headache to Front Office.
2. How do you like your job?
Reservationist knows all details about hotel. This position enables me to learn many things
3. Who inspires you most?
The owner of the hotel was my inspiration as I dream to build my own villa.
4. What is your motivation
I work hard as I would like to buy drum by myself, save my money to get married, have a family and my own villa.
5. How do you see yourself 12 years from now?
I am managing my own villa.
