The Bali resort beach side restaurant, Jukung Grill, officially launched a new menu on September 2, 2014. The food list offers a wider variation of dishes with uncompromising savor. The Executive Chef, Matthew Wood, visualizes the definition of ‘eating well’ in his mind through this innovative menu. He knows exactly on how to push the buttons of the guests through his culinary masterpiece. He even reveals the herbs and the way of cooking traditional Indonesian Food, Pepes. Not only does the menu cater to Indonesian taste, but it also provides succulent western cuisine, such as Grilled Pork Ribs, and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Vegetarians are also welcomed in this restaurant with Sundanese Karedok, Greek Salad and other options.
