Designed by the professional Executive Chef, Matthew Wood, this new menu offers a greater selection of Italian dishes “New menu was designed to include many items from a growing list of high quality, fresh products which are being produced locally to chef’s specific request”.
La Cascata menu is constantly changed subject to product availability and seasons. Chef Matthew himself always monitors the quality of all ingredients and other details to maintain the high standard of world class resort. Every spoon of the dish leaves indescribable and addictive taste on the palate.
When being asked about the most alluring dish on the list, Matthew smiled “Of course everything on the menu is fantastic, but I love the simplicity of the spaghetti with apple…unusual…very rustic…very tasty.”
