Q: How long you have been working in Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali?
A: I have been working in this fabulous resort since 2009.
Q: What is your position at Grand Mirage Resort?
A: Children coordinator
Q: What is the best moment that you have already experienced so far in relation to your position?
A: 10 years ago, I had a regular guest in Bamboo kids club. This cute little kid was from Germany. And today he still remembers me after all this time! I’m so happy to know that he is planning to visit Bali and see me again in the next 2 years.
Q: Where does your inspiration come from?
A: As the saying goes, children are the key to paradise. The innocence & honesty that lie in every child’s character are inspiring to me. They teach me how to be an outgoing and honest person.
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: I love practising with my handicraft skills: paper folding, face painting, and so on. I even spend time to visit local book stores to find me new handicraft books. With the skills that I’ve got, I want every child in Bamboo kids club to also learn how to make some crafts and have an unforgettable memory of their vacation.

A: I joined Grand Mirage in 1997.
Q: What is your position at Grand Mirage Resort?
A: Staff Audio visual at IT Dept.
Q: What is the best moment that you have already experienced in relation to your position?
A: I have had a number of best moments in my career. I enjoy this work very much; and it is probably why I studied engineering in the first place. I like figuring out how things work, finding solutions when things don’t work, and coming up with ideas on how to demonstrate systems to my co-workers. However, the very best moment occurs when I can solve problems pertaining electronic devices that seem impossible to most guests
Q: Where does your inspiration come from?
A: Exceeding guests’ expectations always becomes my greatest motivation. I strive to give them the best I can do in my capacity as Engineering. It also feels good when your boss trusts you 100 % and gives you freedom to do whatever is necessary to fix a problem. That way I don’t feel my hands tied. I feel lucky to work in Grand Mirage Resort as they give every employee a chance to be themselves.
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: Running my own business: computer and electronic reparation.
