5 years seems so fast for me. I worked as a daily worker for 2 years in this resort, then I continue as a contract worker for 3 years. As a room maid, sometimes I got a complaint from a guest. Fortunately, the complaints I got for this 5 years were not really bad till I have to re-clean everything again.
1.How did you finally take the responsibility as a room maid?
I took a major of housekeeping in my university. My passion to this field is triggered by my obsession of cleanliness and tidiness. I love to clean my room though it is already neat and spotless. This job suits me perfectly.
2. What do you love about working in Grand Mirage Resort?
The housekeeping team makes me comfortable working in this resort. They do their work seriously and help each other.
3. What was your proudest moment during your work in Grand Mirage?
The rooms are assigned permanently to the room maid. I feel proud when a repeater guest asked for the same room like the last room they stayed in. It means he or she is satisfied with my service of cleaning the room.
4. How do you spend your days after work?
I usually take a rest, and clean my rooms. Sometimes, I go to a bookstore in a mall to read some comic books. Though I am already 26, I am still a big fan of comic books.
5. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
I want to be a housekeeping supervisor. That is my target in the near future.
6. Who are always beside you to support you?
My family and my boyfriend. They always support me every time I am down.

I have experienced a long career path. I started as a waiter, and now, I am an Income Audit. Every day, I am busy with the daily report, checking the credit card and payment, and many more. If someone asks me what I like from Grand Mirage so that I can work here for 13 years, I will answer that I enjoy the teamwork in this Bali resort.
1. How did you finally take the responsibility as an Income Audit Staff?
I got a promotion to this position about 2 years ago. Previously, I was part of front office department, working as a General Cashier. Just before standing behind the front office desk, I was a waiter at Grand Cafe. Such a long career path, isn’t it?
2. What do you love about working in Grand Mirage Resort?
The teamwork. We help each other. I am considered as a new staff in Accounting, but I already feel that this is my second family.
3. What was your proudest moment during your work in Grand Mirage?
The first time I finish my report in Accounting. It was not a piece of cake, but I could finish it on time and did it correctly. Such a relieve!
4. How do you spend your days after work?
I love badminton. I join Grand Mirage badminton team and spend my time with them to improve my badminton skills.
5. How do you see yourself 5 years from now?
I will be a better person. My target right now is just to improve myself as an individual and as a part of the big Grand Mirage team.
6. Who are always beside you to support you?
My friends, my team. We support each other.
