What motivates you in your career?
My inner drive to be better and better. It positively forces me to tackle every problem that I found during my tenure in Grand Mirage Resort.
How does Grand Mirage Resort change you?
First, it aids me financially. I could live my life without significant financial problem. Second, It makes me learn what I could not do before such as driving. On top of that, communicating with guests everyday really improves my English.

It is lovely. My job and my team is a perfect combination for me which conveniences me so much.

reassemble electronic stuff. With this skill, I could help my neighbors and relatives to fix their broken computers, telephone, etc.
What motivates you in your career?
Honestly, financial reason and self development. I have learnt new skills and value that I could not get when I was still sitting behind the university desk.
How does Grand Mirage Resort change you?
I am now well-organized, and do things structurally. As in repairing things I have to work step by step, and make sure that I don’t leave any single electronic component that should be on the right place. Over and above, it teaches me to be a fast thinker.
How do you like to work at Grand Mirage Resort?
Great, this place educates young people to be a big one. I was a trainee here before I was recruited to be an IT staff. This is not my dream job, but I believe I could grow better with this job
How do you see yourself 10 years from now?
I am already a supervisor or manager of IT. It is a big dream for me.
